About Erin

Erin lives in Sydney, Australia, where she’s studying a MLitt in US Studies at the amazing United States Studies Centre at the University of Sydney. She has worked as a Communications specialist for four years. She recently took a two-month break from her real job to intern in United States Congress, which was thrilling and terrifying, and one of the most exciting experiences of her life.
Being deeply interested in the role of digital technologies in representative democracy, she is also the founder of the embryonic digital political communications consultancy, Dynamic Democracy. It is so embryonic, it’s still at the registration stage, but enquiries are always welcome.
At home, she loves her little balcony garden, baking three layer cakes, and is a sucker for any good, thick book about American history.
Erin also blogs at the United States Studies Centre. Check it out.
